Bad habits are distraction. I believe a lot of us have come across those moments that placed us in dilemma arising in connection with our bad habits, and ended up with situations like: late for work, panda eyes, headache, etc.
Dealing with bad habits require strong discipline, which is self-discipline. For me, I used to have the bad habit of procrastination that had caused me loosing out a few good exchanges. Needless to say, I’d learnt it the hard way and since then, I have become more proactive, diligent and deliberate. On top of that, I’d taught my children not to keep bad habits for long unless they are ready to face the consequences at the end.
