Durian

Durian is one of my favourite fruits, especially when I need a boost in yang energy amid the movement control at my residing country.  Not all people I know like this king of all fruits - durian, I guess they don’t like its unique smell.  In Asian countries, it is a kind of fruit we normally use in making desserts like ice cream, cake, candy, etc.
There are many species of durian, with the most popular ones like Musang King (Mao Shan Wang), XO, Red Prawn, D24 as well as Bamboo (Tracka) with mostly taste bitter or bittersweet.  Personally, I love Musang King, D24 and XO.  All my family members are durian eaters like me and we usually drink a glass of water mixed with a pinch of sea salt after we eat durians.  This is for the purpose of reducing body heat.  If you are keen to try Durian, eat it wisely as it is a fruit that contains a significant level of fat with high level of antioxidants, sort of like avocado.
